- Vegetables to taste

Step 1
In a small bowl, mix the yogurt, finely chopped mint, peeled and finely chopped (or grated) cucumber, and vinegar. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Slice fresh vegetables and arrange them on a plate. Place a serving bowl with the dip next to it and serve.
