Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Slice the smoked trout into thin pieces.
Step 2
Cut the cucumber, remove the seeds, and then grate it into thin noodles as long as possible using a Chinese grater.
Step 3
For the sauce, combine all the ingredients and mix well.
Step 4
Dress the sliced cucumbers with a small amount of the sauce and let them sit for a while to absorb the flavors.
