Ingredients
- Garlic 4 cloves
- Yogurt powder 20 oz
- Cucumbers 2 pieces
- Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
- Dill 0 oz
- Champagne Vinegar 1 tablespoon
- Olives stuffed with lemon to taste
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash the cucumber and grate it on a fine grater. To prevent the sauce from becoming too watery, be sure to drain any excess juice.
Step 2
Peel and finely chop the garlic.
Step 3
Wash the dill, dry it, and finely chop it. Mix with the cucumber and garlic. Add the yogurt, olive oil, and wine vinegar, and mix thoroughly. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 4
Chill before serving and garnish with olives.
