Cucumber Rolls

Ingredients

  • Shrimp 5 oz
  • Cucumbers 2 pieces
  • Chicken Egg 1 piece
  • Semi-soft cream cheese 3 tablespoons
  • 10% cream 3 tablespoons
  • Parsley 1 bunch
  • Eel 1 bunch
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Boil the shrimp in salted water, bring to a boil, and immediately remove from the water. Once the shrimp cool, peel them and chop finely.

Step 2

Hard boil the egg. Peel and dice it.

Step 3

Chop the parsley.

Step 4

In a bowl, mix the cream cheese with the cream, shrimp, egg, herbs, salt, and pepper (to taste) until well combined.

Step 5

Slice the cucumber into thin strips using a vegetable peeler. Roll each strip into a small roll and fill with the prepared filling. You can secure the rolls with a toothpick.

Step 6

Arrange lettuce leaves and cucumber rolls on a plate. Chill and serve.
