Ingredients
- Rice Vinegar for Sushi 10 fl oz
- Water 10 fl oz
- Sugar 5 oz
- Grated Ginger Root 1 piece
- Garlic 1 clove
- Salt to taste
- Scallions 6 stalks
- Mild Chili Spice 2 pieces
- Cucumbers 10 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a skillet, pour in the vinegar and water, then add the sugar, ginger, and garlic. Bring to a boil, season with salt, and cook for 2 minutes, stirring until the sugar dissolves. Let it cool.
Step 2
In a bowl, place the grated cucumber, finely chopped green onion, and then add the chopped chili. Mix with the cooled sauce, removing the garlic and ginger. Stir well and refrigerate.
