Ingredients
- Cucumbers 10 oz
- Dill 0 oz
- Semi-soft cream cheese 0 oz
- Red drum fish 5 oz
- Lemon ½ pieces
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients.
Step 2
Finely chop the dill.
Step 3
Mix the cream cheese with dill and black pepper.
Step 4
Transfer the cheese mixture into a piping bag.
Step 5
Cut the cucumber in half crosswise, then place one half cut-side down and trim a bit of the skin from two opposite sides. This is necessary to make the canapés stable.

Remove the seeds using a specialized coring knife.

Fill the cucumbers with the cheese mixture and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

Peel the lemon wedge and slice it into thin rounds.

Cut the chilled cucumbers with cheese in half lengthwise, and then slice them into pieces about 1 cm thick.

Skewer a lemon wedge, then a slice of red fish, and insert it into a cucumber with cheese.
