Cucumber Canapés with Cheese and Pecans
Ingredients
- Goat cheese 10 oz
- Pecan 12 pieces
- Courgette 1 piece
- Chervil 24 sprigs
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the cucumber in half lengthwise. From one half, peel a bit of the skin from the bottom so that it stands upright, and scoop out the seeds.
Step 2
In a bowl, mash the gorgonzola with a fork.
Step 3
Fill the hollow in the cucumber with cheese and cut it into 12 triangles.
Step 4
Top with half a pecan and garnish with chervil.
