Ingredients
- Potato 1 piece
- Orange Bell Peppers ¼ piece
- Cucumbers 3 pieces
- Garlic 1 clove
- Poultry 5 oz
- Yogurt powder 4 tablespoons
- Mustard Greens 1 teaspoon
- Basil to taste
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the cucumbers in half and remove the seeds using a teaspoon.
Step 2
Chop the cucumber seeds into small cubes.
Step 3
Cut the tomato into wedges, remove the seeds and liquid, and also chop into cubes.
Step 4
Remove the seeds from the bell pepper and finely chop it.
Step 5
Boil the chicken in slightly salted water for 20 minutes, cool, and chop finely.
Step 6
Mix the vegetables and chicken, season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 7
Dress the vegetable mixture with yogurt and mustard, add finely chopped basil and garlic.
Step 8
Fill the cucumber boats with the prepared salad and garnish if desired.
