Crustless Pizza
Ingredients
- Onion 2 heads
- Orange Bell Peppers 2 pieces
- Chicken Egg 5 pieces
- Vegetable Oil 3 spoons
- Tomatoes 2 pieces
- Hard Cheese 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel and finely chop the onion. Remove the seeds from the bell pepper and slice it into thin half-rings.
Step 2
Sauté the onion in vegetable oil until almost fully cooked, then add the bell pepper and continue to sauté for a few minutes until the pepper softens.
Step 3
Place the sautéed vegetables in a baking dish. For this quantity of ingredients, I recommend using a baking dish with a diameter of at least 9-10 inches to ensure the layer of vegetables isn't too thick; otherwise, it will turn into a casserole rather than a pizza.
Step 4
Lightly beat the eggs and season with salt. Pour the eggs over the vegetables.
Step 5
Slice the tomatoes into rounds about 5-7 mm thick and arrange them evenly over the surface of the pizza. Sprinkle grated cheese over the tomatoes or place slices of cheese on top of the tomatoes.
Step 6
Place the pizza pan on the top rack of the grill and bake for 20 minutes using a combination of grill and microwave settings.
