To prepare this peanut butter, you will need a powerful blender. A hand blender won't work in this case; even if you add a little vegetable oil, the consistency will be too coarse. If you don't add whole peanuts, you will get a wonderful base for making Thai sauces — smooth and flowing.

- Roasted Peanuts 10 oz
- Peanut Sprouts 2 spoons

In a food processor, grind the peanuts on medium-high speed for about 5 minutes, allowing them to progress through the stages of 'crumbs' - 'sand' - 'giant clumps' - 'smooth paste'.
Step 2
Add 2 tablespoons of whole peanuts.
