Crostini with Prosciutto, Fig, and Mint
Ingredients
- Ciabatta 1 piece
- Garlic 1 clove
- Olive Oil to taste
- Fig 6 pieces
- Prosciutto 12 slices
- Fresh Mint 1 bunch
- Crème fraîche 0 oz
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Balsamic Vinegar to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the grill well. Slice the ciabatta into thin slices and toast until crispy on both sides. While the bread is hot, rub it with garlic and drizzle with olive oil.
Step 2
Tear the figs in half. Spread some crème fraîche on the warm ciabatta slices, wrap a piece of prosciutto around each piece, and place the figs on top. Garnish with mint or parsley leaves. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Sprinkle with black pepper.
