Ingredients
- Sliced Processed Cheese 5 oz
- Egg white 2 pieces
- Whole egg 1 piece
- Breadcrumbs 3 spoons
- Vegetable Oil 0 qt
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Whisk the egg whites.
Step 2
Grate the cheese and fold it into the beaten egg whites.
Step 3
Form small balls from the mixture and place them in the refrigerator to set.
Step 4
Crush and sift the white breadcrumbs. Lightly beat the egg yolk with a fork and add a tablespoon of water to it.
Step 5
Coat the cooled balls in crushed breadcrumbs, then dip them in beaten egg, and coat them in breadcrumbs again.
Step 6
Fry in hot oil for 1–2 minutes. Serve with sour cream and fried green beans.
