Ingredients
- Spinach 5 oz
- Avocado 2 pieces
- Garlic 1 clove
- Grated Ginger Root 1 piece
- Chopped almonds 5 oz
- Napa Cabbage ½ piece
- Peanut Sprouts 10 oz
- Chives 5 oz
- Scallions 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Soak the almonds in water for 12 hours. Then leave them for 1 day until sprouts appear.
Step 2
Blend the spinach with avocado, garlic, ginger, and almond sprouts until smooth.
Step 3
Remove the leaves from the cabbage and cut off the tough parts.
Step 4
Spread the mixture on the leaves, add some bean sprouts, chopped chives, and sliced green onions.
Step 5
Roll the leaves into rolls.
Step 6
Place on a plate and drizzle with any sauce.
