Ingredients
- 7 Grain Flakes 10 oz
- Sprouting wheat 0 oz
- Toasted Sesame 2 tablespoons
- Sunflower Seeds 2 tablespoons
- Walnuts 0 oz
- Safflower Oil 2 tablespoons
- Honey 4 tablespoons
- Light Raisins, Seedless 0 oz
- Dried Apricots 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Thoroughly mix the flakes, sprouted wheat, sesame and sunflower seeds, walnuts, sunflower oil, and honey.
Step 2
Spread the resulting mixture in a small dish in an even layer, cook for 8–9 minutes at full power, stirring every 2 minutes, until the mixture turns golden and becomes crispy.
Step 3
Add the rinsed raisins and dried apricots and let the porridge cool completely.
Step 4
Store in an airtight container.
Step 5
This porridge can be served with yogurt, kefir, buttermilk, or milk.
