Description

- Potato 20 oz
- Salt to taste

Peel the potatoes and grate them using a coarse grater. Transfer to a colander and squeeze out the excess moisture.

Meanwhile, heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, but do not let it smoke.

Spread the potatoes in the pan and flatten them into a thin layer with a fork. Season with salt and pepper. Let them brown for a few minutes, then flip the pancake using a large spatula. Fry until crispy.
