Ingredients

  • White bread 4 pieces
  • Chinese green beans 5 oz
  • Chicken Egg 2 pieces
  • Russian Cheese 4 slices
  • Breadcrumbs 5 oz
  • Oregano to taste
  • Khmeli-suneli to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Mayonnaise to taste
  • Chicken fillet 5 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Finely chop the lettuce leaves, 2 boiled eggs, and the boiled chicken into thin strips. Mix everything together, add salt, and dress with mayonnaise.

Step 2

In the pieces of white bread, press down the center and place a slice of cheese in each. Spread the filling only on two pieces of bread, pressing down (but not too hard to avoid spilling) and cover with the second piece of bread with cheese.

Step 3

In a bowl, beat the egg with a fork and dilute it slightly with water (1 tablespoon), adding spices to taste.

Step 4

Dip the toast in the egg, then coat them in breadcrumbs on all sides. Fry in vegetable oil on both sides until golden brown.
