Ingredients
- Smoked Ham on the Bone 5 oz
- Doctor's Sausage 5 oz
- Cervelat Sausage 5 oz
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Fresh basil leaves 1 bunch
- Tagine Spice Mix a pinch
- Fresh basil leaves 1 bunch
- Mixed Ground Peppers a pinch
- Milk 5 fl oz
- Frozen spinach discs 5 oz
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese 5 oz
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Tomatoes 3 pieces
- Vegetable Oil 2 tablespoons
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Slice the tomatoes into half-centimeter thick rounds and fry them in vegetable oil.
Step 2
Add the three types of sausage diced and finely chopped garlic to the tomatoes.
Step 3
In a separate pan, sauté the spinach and spices.
Step 4
Once the spinach is ready, add it to the tomatoes, mix, and season with salt to taste. Pour the egg mixture over everything — milk and eggs.
Step 5
Sprinkle grated cheese and herbs on top.
