Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare the batter for the crepes: mix eggs, milk, sugar, salt, vegetable oil, and flour. The result is a liquid batter. Cook thin crepes.
Step 2
Spread soft cheese on the cooled crepe. Place thinly sliced salmon on the crepe, then add a strip of avocado and a strip of cucumber, sprinkle with herbs.
Step 3
Roll the crepe into a roll, wait for the edges to set and soak. Then cut the rolls into strips.
