  • Butter 7 tablespoons
  • Milk 10 fl oz
  • Farm fresh eggs 4 pieces
  • Salt ½ teaspoon
  • Wheat Flour 10 oz
  • Lightly Salted Red Fish 15 oz
  • Dill 1 teaspoon
  • Orange zest ½ piece
  • Lime Juice ½ piece
  • Semi-soft cream cheese 10 oz
  • Red Caviar 5 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Place the softened butter in a saucepan and melt it over medium heat until golden, then remove from heat and let cool.

Step 2

Whisk together the milk, eggs, and salt. Then add the flour and mix until smooth.

Step 3

Add the cooled butter to the batter, mixing well. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 10 to 20 minutes.

Step 4

Cook crepes of the same diameter on a preheated skillet.

Step 5

In a small bowl, mix the cream cheese, dill, lime juice, and zest from half a lime.

Step 6

Slice the salmon into thin pieces.

Step 7

Spread the creamy mixture on each crepe (preferably while they are warm), then layer the salmon slices. Continue stacking the crepes to form the cake, topping it with red caviar.
