Creamy Truffle Conchiglie Pasta
Ingredients
- Conchiglie Pasta 20 oz
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese 7 tablespoons
- Semi-soft cream cheese 1 tablespoon
- Butter 1 piece
- Unrefined Sunflower Oil 1 teaspoon
- Truffle Oil 1 teaspoon
- Ground Nutmeg ½ teaspoon
- Pink Himalayan Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Put water on high heat. Add salt and olive oil.
Step 2
Once the water boils, add the pasta. Cook for the time indicated on the package.
Step 3
When ready, drain the water and add a piece of butter, mix with the pasta, and cover with a lid for 1 minute.
Step 4
Add a tablespoon of cream cheese, salt to taste, and mix.
Step 5
Then add the nutmeg.
Step 6
Add the cheese and mix well.
Step 7
Drizzle a little truffle oil.
Step 8
Mix and serve, sprinkled with a small amount of grated cheese.
