- Spaghetti 5 oz
- Red drum fish 10 oz
- Cream 0 oz
- Cherry Tomato Confit 6 pieces
- Pesto 0 oz
- Parmesan Cheese 0 oz
- Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
- Salt 0 oz
- Ground Black Pepper 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients.
Step 2
Boil the pasta in salted water until al dente.
Step 3
Cut the tomatoes into quarters.
Step 4
Sauté the previously thawed and cubed fish in a drop of vegetable oil over medium heat until golden brown.

Next, sauté the tomatoes separately.
Step 6
Add the fish to the tomatoes.
Step 7
Then add the cooked pasta, season with salt, pepper, and pesto to taste, and mix.

Pour in the cream and mix.
Step 9
Grate the cheese and add half to the sauce, mix and bring to the desired consistency.

Plate the dish, sprinkle with the remaining cheese, and serve.
