
Creamy Spaghetti with Cheese and Spices

- Spaghetti 5 oz
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Salt to taste
- Vegetable Oil to taste
- Cream 22% 5 oz
- Aged gouda cheese 5 oz
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Spices to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cook the spaghetti.
Step 2
While they are cooking, finely chop the garlic and lightly sauté it in vegetable oil (just for a minute). Add the cream and bring to a boil. Add the grated cheese, salt, pepper, and spices to taste. You can use any 'dried vegetable' spices, which should include dill, parsley, carrot, onion, and garlic. Cook on low heat for a few minutes, stirring.
Step 3
When you see that the sauce has turned into a homogeneous mass, add the cooked spaghetti. Mix well and cook on low heat for a few minutes.
