Ingredients
- Shrimp 15 oz
- Sliced Processed Cheese 5 oz
- Cream 0 fl oz
- Salt to taste
- Herbes de Provence to taste
- Onion ½ head
- Garlic 1 head
- Spaghetti 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Pour the shrimp into cold water, bring to a boil, and immediately remove them, keeping the water to cook the pasta, which will add flavor.
Step 2
Sauté the onion and garlic over low heat.
Step 3
Meanwhile, peel the shrimp and add them to the onion and garlic, sauté for a couple of minutes, then add the processed cheese and cream, waiting for everything to melt and combine.
Step 4
Add salt and spices to taste.
Step 5
Serve the pasta on plates, topped with the shrimp and sauce.
