Ingredients
- Spaghetti 10 oz
- Canned Mushrooms 5 oz
- 10% cream 15 fl oz
- Onion 1 head
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Sour Cream 2 tablespoons
- Basil to taste
- Grated Cheese to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cook the spaghetti until al dente.
Step 2
Sauté the mushrooms with their juice in a pan for 10 minutes, then add the onion and garlic, and continue to sauté for 5 minutes on low heat.
Step 3
Add the spaghetti to the pan, mix in the sour cream, and gradually pour in the cream.
Step 4
Season with basil or Provençal herbs, let the pasta sit, sprinkle with cheese, and Bon Appetit!
