- Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Onion ¼ piece
- Tomatoes 2 pieces
- Yogurt 5 oz
- Milk ½ cup
- Grated Parmesan cheese 0 oz
- Fettuccine Pasta 10 oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash and chop the beet greens into small pieces.
Step 2
Heat the oil in a 2-liter saucepan over medium to high heat for 1-2 minutes.

Add the beet greens, garlic, and onion; cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 4
