- Pasta 10 oz
- Asparagus 10 oz
- Frozen Green Peas 5 oz
- Lemon Zest 1 tablespoon
- Lemon Juice 1 tablespoon
- Soft Cheese 5 oz
- Chives to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions.
Step 2
Two minutes before the end of cooking, add the asparagus and peas.
Step 3
Cook everything together for the last 2 minutes, then scoop out a cup of liquid from the pot before draining the pasta and vegetables.
Step 4
Add the lemon zest, soft cheese, and seasonings to the pasta and vegetables in the pot. Add lemon juice to taste and 2-3 tablespoons of the reserved liquid.
