Ingredients
- Salad Potatoes 15 oz
- Celery salt 30 oz
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Butter 0 oz
- Cream (40%) 5 fl oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel the potatoes and celery. Cut the celery root into cubes and place it in a bowl of water, cutting the potatoes into slightly larger cubes.
Step 2
Transfer the prepared vegetables to separate pots. Add a clove of garlic to each and cover with water. Add salt and cook until tender, about 10 minutes.
Step 3
Drain in a colander. Transfer to a large bowl, add the butter and cream, and season with pepper.
Step 4
Mash the mixture with a mixer until smooth.
