Ingredients
- Salad Potatoes 5 lbs
- Cream 10 fl oz
- Butter 5 oz
- Salt to taste
- White Pepper (whole) to taste

Step 1
Peel the potatoes, cut them in half, and place them in a pot. Cover with cold water and bring to a boil over high heat. Cook for about 15 minutes until tender. Drain.
Step 2
In a small saucepan, heat the butter with the cream over low heat.
Step 3
Mash the potatoes with a potato masher or pass them through a sieve. Add the creamy mixture and mix well, lightly whipping. Season with salt and white pepper. Serve immediately.
