Creamy Keto Pasta with Trout and Spinach
Ingredients
- Shirataki Rice 5 oz
- Spinach 0 oz
- 33% Cream 5 fl oz
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Marinated cherries 7 pieces
- Trout 10 oz
- Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
- Lime 1 piece
- Rosemary 1 sprig
- Red Caviar to taste
- Ocean salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Chop the garlic.
Step 2
Cut the tomatoes in half.
Step 3
Dice the trout.
Step 4
Drizzle the fish with lime juice.
Step 5
In a heated skillet, add the trout. Sauté for 2–3 minutes.
Step 6
Add the cherry tomatoes and stir. Reduce the heat to medium.
Step 7
Add the sprig of rosemary and sauté for another 2 minutes.
Step 8
Add the garlic.
Step 9
Add the chopped spinach.
Step 10
Stir and sauté for another 1–2 minutes.
Step 11
Pour in the cream.
Step 12
Season with salt and pepper, and stir. Simmer for 2–4 minutes.
Step 13
Rinse the fettuccine with cold water.
Step 14
Add the fettuccine to the sauce and stir. Slightly increase the heat and simmer for 2 minutes.
Step 15
Serve in bowls, add caviar, and enjoy.
