  • Pasta shells 10 oz
  • Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese 8 tablespoons
  • Cream 5 fl oz
  • Garlic 3 pieces
  • Sumac ½ teaspoon
  • Ground Black Pepper 0.3 teaspoon
  • Pink Himalayan Salt 1 teaspoon
  • Unrefined Sunflower Oil 1 tablespoon
  • Ground Nutmeg ½ teaspoon

Place a pot of water on high heat. After a minute, add salt and oil.

Once the water boils, add the pasta, reduce the heat, and cook according to the package instructions.
