Creamy Fusilli Pasta with Cheese
Ingredients
- Pasta shells 10 oz
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese 8 tablespoons
- Cream 5 fl oz
- Garlic 3 pieces
- Sumac ½ teaspoon
- Ground Black Pepper 0.3 teaspoon
- Pink Himalayan Salt 1 teaspoon
- Unrefined Sunflower Oil 1 tablespoon
- Ground Nutmeg ½ teaspoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Place a pot of water on high heat. After a minute, add salt and oil.
Step 2
Once the water boils, add the pasta, reduce the heat, and cook according to the package instructions.
Step 3
A couple of minutes before the cooking time is up, add the sumac.
Step 4
Then season with black pepper. Stir well.
Step 5
Finely chop the garlic.
Step 6
One minute before it's done, add the garlic and stir.
Step 7
As soon as the time indicated on the package is up, drain the water.
Step 8
Add the cream and stir. Let it sit for a minute.
Step 9
Add the nutmeg.
Step 10
Add the grated cheese.
Step 11
Mix thoroughly.
Step 12
Then top with a little more grated cheese.
Step 13
Serve immediately. Add more salt if necessary.
