Creamy Corn with Parmesan

6 cups of corn kernels come from about 8 ears of corn.
Ingredients
- Sweet Corn Sticks 6 cups
- Coarse Salt to taste
- Vegetable Oil 2 tablespoons
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- 33% Cream ¾ cup
- Chicken Broth ¼ cup
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Heat the vegetable oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Add the corn kernels and cook, stirring, for 7–8 minutes until tender and golden. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Pour in the cream and broth and cook, stirring, for 2–3 minutes until the sauce slightly thickens.
Step 3
Remove from heat and stir in the Parmesan. Transfer to a serving bowl and serve immediately.
