Ingredients
- Baby Corn 9 pieces
- Butter 4 tablespoons
- Garlic 1 clove
- Coarse Salt to taste
- Chopped Sage Leaves 1 teaspoon

Step 1
Using a sharp knife, cut the corn kernels into a bowl.
Step 2
Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Step 3
Add the corn and thyme. Season with salt, reduce to low heat, cover, and cook, stirring, until tender, about 25–30 minutes (if the corn is not very young and juicy, add a little water).
Step 4
Stir in the remaining butter, mix well, and serve immediately.
