Ingredients
- Kefir 0 qt
- Basil 2 sprigs
- Fresh basil leaves 2 sprigs
- Ocean salt to taste

Step 1
Freeze the kefir for 2–3 hours.
Step 2
Then place it on a towel and wait for about 10 minutes.
Step 3
Cut open the package and remove the kefir.
Step 4
Line a colander or strainer with cheesecloth in 2–3 layers.
Step 5
Place the kefir inside.
Step 6
After about 8 hours, squeeze out the excess liquid.
Step 7
Transfer the resulting cheese to a deep container.
Step 8
Grind the salt in a coffee grinder.
Step 9
Finely chop the basil leaves.
Step 10
Add them to the cheese and season with salt.
Step 11
Mix well and serve.
