- Rosé Dry Wine 10 fl oz
- Salt to taste

Step 1
Place the cleaned crayfish in boiling salted water and cook for 1–2 minutes.
Step 2
Drain the water, pour the wine over the crayfish, and cook in a covered pot, shaking it occasionally.
Step 3
Transfer the cooked crayfish to a serving bowl, pouring over the wine they were cooked in, or chill in the wine and serve dry on a plate.
