- Crayfish 12 pieces
- Salt ½ tablespoon
- Beer 0 qt
- Green peppercorns 6 pieces
- Bay leaf 1 piece

Step 1
Bring water to a boil with pepper and bay leaf, add beer, and bring to a boil.
Step 2
Add the crayfish and boil for 7–10 minutes.
Step 3
Place the boiled crayfish in a serving bowl, pouring over the broth in which they were cooked.
