During the cooking stage, you can add not only the juice of the oranges but also the pulp. Dried ginger can also be added.
Ingredients
- Dried cranberries with sugar 25 oz
- Oranges 3 pieces
- Sugar 1 cup
- Ground Nutmeg ½ teaspoon
- Lemon ½ piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Juice the oranges.
Step 2
Combine the cranberries, sugar, orange juice, and place on low heat. Stirring constantly, wait for the sauce to boil and cook for 10 minutes.
Step 3
Remove the sauce from the heat, add the nutmeg and lemon juice. Mix everything well.
Step 4
Strain through a sieve. The sauce is ready!
