Ingredients
- Cranberry 10 oz
- Sugar 5 oz
- Water 5 fl oz
- Cherries in Liqueur 3 tablespoons

Step 1
Combine all ingredients and place them in a heavy-bottomed saucepan.
Step 2
Cover with a lid and let simmer on low heat for 15 to 20 minutes.
Step 3
Once the mixture becomes homogeneous, taste and add sugar or lemon juice as needed.
Step 4
Leave on the heat for another 5 minutes, turn off, cool, and refrigerate.
Step 5
Before serving, the sauce should be mashed, as it thickens and becomes very dense in the refrigerator.
