This sauce is best prepared in advance (a couple of days, for example) and stored in the refrigerator in an airtight container.
Ingredients
- Cranberry 10 oz
- Fructose 5 oz
- Oranges 2 pieces
- Vodka 1 tablespoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Juice the oranges and grate the zest of one of them.
Step 2
Place the cranberries in a small saucepan, add the fructose, orange zest, and juice. Add the vodka and stir.
Step 3
Set over medium heat and bring to a boil. Then cook over low heat for 10 minutes.
