Ingredients
- Armenian Lavash 1 piece
- Crab sticks in brine 10 pieces
- Chicken Egg 5 pieces
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Finely chop the crab sticks and boiled eggs (you can use a grater). Mix them together, adding mayonnaise and salt to taste. Make sure the mixture is thick.
Step 2
Spread the filling over the lavash coated with mayonnaise and roll it up. Place in the refrigerator for an hour.
Step 3
Take out and cut into pieces.
