Crab Stick Balls with Corn
Ingredients
- Bouillon cube 1 piece
- Crab sticks in brine 10 oz
- Canned Corn 10 oz
- Chocolate eggs 5 pieces
- Rice ½ cup
- Hard Cheese 5 oz
- Mayonnaise 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the rice in the bouillon. Pass the crab sticks, corn, rice, and hard-boiled eggs through a meat grinder. Then add mayonnaise and mix thoroughly.
Step 2
Form balls with a diameter of 2–3 cm from the resulting mixture. Grate the cheese on a fine grater and sprinkle it over the prepared balls. Before serving, place the balls on a flat dish and garnish with herbs.
