Crab Meat Bruschetta
Ingredients
- Ciabatta 1 piece
- Crab sticks in brine 0 oz
- Mayonnaise 2 teaspoons
- Basil 1 sprig
- Meyer Lemon Juice ½ teaspoon
- Chili Flakes ½ teaspoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Place a piece of ciabatta on a dry, hot skillet.
Step 2
Once the bottom side is browned, flip it over.
Step 3
After 1 minute, remove from heat and set aside.
Step 4
Finely chop the crab meat and place it in a bowl.
Step 5
Add 1 teaspoon of mayonnaise and season with chili flakes.
Step 6
Finely chop the basil.
Step 7
Add it to the bowl and mix thoroughly.
Step 8
Spread a second teaspoon of mayonnaise on the bread.
Step 9
Distribute it over the surface and drizzle with lemon juice.
Step 10
Spread the resulting mixture on the bruschetta.
