Ingredients
- Crab sticks in brine 15 oz
- Hard Cheese 10 oz
- Sour Cream 1 tablespoon
- Chicken Egg 3 pieces
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Parsley 3 sprigs
- Dill 3 sprigs
- Pickled Cauliflower 1 piece
- Mayonnaise 4 spoons
- Breadcrumbs 0 oz
- Sesame bun 2 spoons
- Mixed salad greens 0 oz
- Tomatoes 3 pieces
- Olive Oil 0 fl oz
- Lemon 1 piece
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Finely chop the crab sticks, as you would for a salad.
Step 2
Chop the herbs and garlic.
Step 3
In a bowl, combine the crab sticks, grated cheese (200 g), parsley, garlic, sour cream, and eggs. Season with salt and pepper.

In a shallow plate, mix the remaining cheese, sesame seeds, and breadcrumbs.

Shape the resulting mixture into round patties.

Coat the patties in cheese breadcrumbs.

Bake in a preheated oven at 355°F for about 10 minutes.

Finely chop the pickled cucumbers, garlic, and dill, and mix them with mayonnaise.

Chop the tomatoes into large pieces and mix them with the lettuce leaves. Drizzle with olive oil, squeeze some lemon juice over it, and season with salt and pepper.

Serve the crab cakes hot, with a green salad, tartar sauce, and a wedge of lemon.
