- Capers 1 tablespoon
- Crab Meat 10 oz
- Chives 3 tablespoons
- Celery salt ½ piece
- Pide bread 4 pieces
- Meyer Lemon Juice 1 tablespoon

Step 1
Preheat the grill. Cut the pita into pieces and toast on both sides until crispy.
Step 2
In a large bowl, mix the mayonnaise, sour cream, and capers. Add the chopped crab meat, diced celery, 3 tablespoons of chives, and lemon juice. Season with pepper, cover with plastic wrap, and chill.
Step 3
Transfer the mixture to a serving bowl, arrange the toasted pita alongside. Sprinkle with chives on top and serve.
