Couscous with Mango and Coconut Cream
Ingredients
- Mango 1 piece
- Couscous 5 oz
- Coconut cream 5 fl oz
- Shredded Coconut 1 tablespoon
- Pine nuts 2 teaspoons
- Raisins 2 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Pour boiling water over the couscous (for about 5 minutes; if it becomes too stiff, add a little more water a second time).
Step 2
While the couscous is soaking, peel the mango and cut it into pieces. Mix it with the couscous.
Step 3
Add a pinch of salt, coconut cream, shredded coconut, pine nuts (optional), and raisins (preferably).
