- Hard Cheese 0 oz
- York Ham 3 pieces
- Couscous 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cook the couscous for 7–10 minutes (the ratio of water to couscous should be almost one to one, with just a little more water).
Step 2
On the eighth minute (just before it is fully cooked), add a little olive oil and stir.
Step 3
Add seasonings to taste (oregano, salt, pepper, basil) and stir again.
Step 4
Plate the couscous.
Step 5
Cut the cheese and ham into strips and garnish on top (place the cheese so that the strips can melt into the hot mass of couscous).
