Country-Style Scrambled Eggs with Mushrooms and Meat

Ingredients
- Onion 1 head
- Chicken Egg 5 pieces
- Garlic 2.3 cloves
- Orange Bell Peppers 1.2 pieces
- Fresh Mushrooms 5 oz
- Meat to taste
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Herbs to taste
- Tomatoes 2 pieces
- Vegetable Oil to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a frying pan with vegetable oil, sauté the onion and garlic.
Step 2
Add mushrooms (I usually use honey mushrooms), diced bell pepper, and sauté for 10 minutes.
Step 3
Then add tomatoes and any cooked meat products (pieces of chicken, finely chopped meat); in my case, at the country house, I use canned meat.
Step 4
Cook covered, stirring occasionally, for about 10 minutes, then crack the eggs and pour them into the pan. Season with salt, pepper, and sprinkle with herbs.
