- Fresh basil leaves 1 stem
- Ocean salt to taste

Place the kefir in the freezer.

After 2 hours, remove it.

Cut open the package and take out the kefir.

Line a colander or sieve with 2–3 layers of cheesecloth.

Place the kefir inside.

Once the kefir has completely thawed, squeeze out the excess moisture.
Step 7
Transfer the resulting cheese to a convenient container.
Step 8
Finely chop the basil leaves.
Step 9
Grind the salt into a powder using a coffee grinder.
Step 10
Salt the cheese and add the basil.
Step 11
Mix and serve.
