Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mix the cottage cheese with 4 teaspoons of honey and vanilla essence. Place in dessert bowls or other serving dishes. Refrigerate.
Step 2
Wash the berries, remove the stems, pit the cherries, and cut the strawberries into quarters. Mix the vinegar with the remaining honey. Pour into a sauceboat.
