Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Place the cottage cheese, banana, and egg in a bowl, and blend them well with a blender or mash with a fork.
Step 2
Sift the flour and baking powder into the mixture (it’s better to add the flour gradually, as you may need less). Add sugar and a pinch of salt.
Step 3
Thoroughly mix all the ingredients until a homogeneous batter is formed.
