- Egg white 3 pieces
- Sour Cream 5 oz
- Wheat Flour 0 oz
- Sugar 0 oz
- Bananas 3 pieces
- Baking Powder ½ teaspoon
- Vanillin 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Whip the egg whites until foamy. Mix the yolks, sugar, cottage cheese, sour cream, and flour until smooth. Gently fold in the egg whites to avoid lumps.
Step 2
Cut the bananas into small pieces.
Step 3
Add the bananas, baking powder, and vanillin to the mixture. Optionally, you can add raisins.
Step 4
Pour the mixture into a baking dish greased with sunflower oil. Bake for 40 minutes at 355°F.
